Yoga Bingo

Keep your body moving! Can you feel your heart thumping? Can you feel your body getting warmer? Can you keep your arms and legs moving and stretching?

Process

  1. Download Yoga Bingo. Use a marker or die to roll onto the bingo board.

  2. Have each person take a turn rolling onto the bingo card.

  3. Everyone make the pose and hold until the next person rolls.

  4. Repeat the last pose and add a new pose onto the sequence until you create a longer sequence!

Don’t have a printer, that’s ok;

  1. Make short sequences of 3 poses using the columns provided. (eg: bow pose - frog pose - tree pose, then, cat cow pose-bridge pose - child’s pose).

  2. Repeat as necessary until each sequence is memorized and you can practice an entire flow!
